PERFORMED BEFORE LOADING MAIN CAB WITH WORK FILES. THIS WILL FIX SOME
PROBLEMS ON PHONES WHERE CAB COULDN’T BE BEFORE INSTALLED OR SP READ
FAILED ETC.
